The Underwriting Account Executive is responsible for securing underwriting revenue from local and regional business accounts. The Underwriting Account Executive must possess the skill and desire necessary to develop new underwriting accounts, and submit bi-weekly reports (or as frequently as required) of local sales activity to the Director of Marketing. Must meet and surpass monthly budgetary goals.

• Must possess strong writing, computer and speaking skills
• Must be able to handle various tasks at once
• Must be able to work under deadlines
• Must have a positive, can do attitude
• Previous media sales experience preferred, but will train the right candidate
• Knowledge of media and advertising a big plus
• College degree preferred
• Must participate in WNED membership drives, auction and other events as required
• Must have clean drivers license.
