Classical 94.5 WNED created Young Performers to celebrate our community’s excellent student classical musicians.

We put the call out in the Fall 2011 for musicians in the high school years or younger to apply to be on the show.  We wanted to give them the platform to perform for our audience and tell a little about themselves.  The response exceeded our expectations; the quality of the performances was so good that we feel confident in saying that you will be amazed.  In a few years, some who you will hear on this show will be performing with the great orchestras around the globe.
