Parents -- a relatively untapped resource in the education equation -- are a powerful influence for helping children succeed. Research shows that when parents encourage and support what their kids do at school, kids become better students and more successful human beings. Using compelling stories from across New York State, WNED partnered with EPIC (Every Person Influences Children) to produce this guide for parents on how to become meaningful advocates for their children’s education.
