Bill Raffell
Program Host
Bill Raffel will host Saturday Rounds from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. each week.

He is returning to WNED|WBFO Buffalo-Toronto after serving as a part-time news reporter for WNED AM970 (and its predecessor WEBR) from 1992-94.

More recently, Raffel hosted classical music on WBFO-FM 88.7 and produced the short interview segment "Music Notes." He also produced "The Celtic Kaleidoscope."

The University at Buffalo alumnus holds a doctorate in communication and a law degree. He is currently an associate professor of communication at Buffalo State College.

Raffel also is an eclectic musician who still plays the tin whistle and Celtic harp, and performs Celtic music with the Hobson’s Choice trio. He says he began listening to Classical 94.5 WNED during his high school days at Kenmore West.
