Q. How do I reach the Membership Department if I have questions about my membership?
A. In the local Buffalo calling area, call 845-7038. You may also use our toll-free number, 1-800-678-1873, or e-mail to membership@wned.org. The Membership Department's office hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Your telephone call may be answered by voice mail during peak business hours. Please leave your name and telephone number, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Q. How long is my membership valid?
A. Membership extends for one year from the date of your pledge.

Q. May I show my support for both TV and Radio services?
A. Of course! Each station has to raise the funds to support their operating needs. You may become a member for Television, Classical 94.5 or WBFO 88.7 in separate membership accounts. We can even flag your membership record to prevent you from receiving duplicate records, if you so request it. We’ll still know you support both TV and radio services!

Q. Why does WNED ask for financial support in addition to my annual membership?
A. Additional gifts from current members form an important share of our annual membership revenue. We find that as our members watch and listen to our services, they are often moved to make special gifts over and above their annual support. We solicit for these special gifts several times a year. As with all membership support, these gifts support the radio and television services our members depend upon and appreciate.

Members may, upon request, be excluded from mail and phone lists for additional solicitations.
