Our WNED | WBFO digital member magazine is emailed monthly to our members’ households and includes the program schedules of WNED-TV, ThinkBright & Well TV/WORLD, Classical 94.5 WNED and WBFO-FM 88.7. It also includes features about our stations’ events and programming.

 

The WNED | WBFO web site is the portal through which our audiences are provided with news of the day, and entertained and enlightened with radio and television programs for all ages.

 

Our e-newsletter readers are upscale and educated homeowners, consumers and business decisions. All of this makes the e-newsletter an ideal place for your advertising message.

 

The people who visit our web site, read our e-newsletter and digital member magazine are loyal, consistent and engaged. Experiential Marketing Events

 

WNED | WBFO’s events draw thousands of loyal fans. The events present experiential marketing opportunities for businesses and organizations to participate and reach a highly desirable demographic. 

"Antiques Roadshow" has been enjoyed for over a decade by young and old alike and it remains an extremely popular program on WNED-TV.

People wait in line to gets their treasure appraised; that unique lamp in their attic, or some vintage jewelry passed down from one generation to the next. It is an exciting mystery to see how much a treasured item is worth. Those who love "Antiques Roadshow" and antiquing in general are sophisticated, college educated, artistic and love the history and stories behind each piece.

WNED |WBFO offers its viewers an exciting opportunity to get involved in a community oriented and local version of "Antiques Roadshow" by hosting its own “Antiques Home Show” at the WNED studios in Buffalo each spring.

Businesses and organizations can reach our loyal and upscale audience in the WNED studios and become actively involved in the community. This unique opportunity will allow you to reach this audience face to face and give them a personal experience at this one of a kind event.

 

WNED Kid Fest is an annual event bringing in approximately 3000 guests to the WNED studios. The two-day family event features a variety of educational activities, including appearances by various PBS Kids characters, including Sid the Science Kid, Buddy from Dinosaur train and Curious George. Stage show performances, crafts, face painting, interactive games and presentations and an exclusive opportunity to have breakfast with the characters are part of the event.

This community outreach event is designed for families looking for an affordable, fun event to break up the long winter months in Buffalo. It is a way for WNED | WBFO to thank its current members for their support, cultivate new members to the station and to highlight and connect you and your organization with WNY and Southern Ontario families.

Classical 94.5 WNED, is a locally programmed classical music station that has been on-air for more than 30 years.
