The Buffalo Toronto Public Media Board Room is the perfect venue for corporate entities and non-profit organizations to hold business meetings, presentations or small social gatherings. It can accommodate up to 36 guests, with full audio-visual and telephonic capabilities, including flat screen HD monitors, audio amplification (mics), wireless phone conferencing, video conferencing (Skype, WebEx) and wi-fi.
The beautiful mahogany tables can be configured to meet your needs, whether it be traditional board room style, table clusters or u-shaped.
The Board Room is right off our main lobby for easy access and has a small attached kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher.
Catering is up to you. Buffalo Toronto Public Media does not have in-house catering so you are free to make arrangements with your favorite vendor or we can make some suggestions.
All these amenities are available to you for one low price whether your meeting is an hour or the whole day! We do have special discounts for non-profits!

Buffalo Toronto Public Media is conveniently located in downtown Buffalo at 140 Lower Terrace, near the I-190. Access to our free parking lot is on Charles Street (also known as "Mark Russel Alley").
